The Modella Prosecco comes from the low-yielding hillside vineyards of the Prosecco DOC in northeast Italy. It is a Brut (dry) style made from the Glera grape, and goes through a longer secondary fermentation of three months. It has a harmonious perfume of apple, citrus & white flowers. The palate is dry and full with hints of stone-fruit.
