2022 Vignerons des Crus Beaujolais Villages, France. MED | DRY | CHERRY
From 50 year old vines on granitic sands, grapes are fully hand harvested with strict selection. Semi-carbonic maceration, raised entirely in stainless steel.
Bright and fun; lots of red berries and raspberries, pretty florals, and just enough tannin.
2022 Domaine Félix Petit Chablis, Burgundy France. MEDIUM | DRY | CITRUS
Dating back to the 17th Century, Domaine Félix produce a classic example of the Petit Chablis appellation. Mineral and peach characters with bright citrus and finishing clean and dry.
2020 Château Terrefort Lescalle Bordeaux
80 % Merlot, 20 % Cabernet Sauvignon, largely from the younger vines and heavier clay soils at Château Lescalle (terre fort = strong earth), to give a more richly fruited wine for earlier consumption. Fermented in stainless steel and concrete, 12 months maturation in tank.

Jason Schwarz is a key member of Barossa’s contemporary movement towards fresher styles. With his relationships with growers, accesses fruit for this high quality, elegant Grenache. Cherry, cranberry and a spicy, warm finish.
2024 Clarence House Pinot Blanc, Tas. MED | DRY | STONEFRUIT
Built in 1830 in the original market garden for Hobart., present Clarence House owner, David Kilpatrick, planted vines in 1998.
Made at Pooley winery, the 2020 Blanc is fresh and balanced with stone fruit characters enveloping a mid-weight, long finish.
2023 Domaine La Florane Cotes du Rhone-Villages Blanc. MED | DRY | NECTARINE
Marsanne, Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Borboulenc and Viognier from a single site in the town of Visan in Southern Rhône. Textural, fresh with a stony mineral edge, and dry, stone fruit finish.
