From a small parcel of Gamay from the Darling family’s Koombahla vineyard in Victoria’s North East. This is classic Gamay; pretty aromas of cranberry and perfume lift out of the glass, with a hint of smoky character backing a palate of bramble, fresh herbs and a balanced, gentle texture.
